Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Julian Soza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tadeo El Monstro!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soza tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Soza takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Julian Soza has been cut.
Some wild striking there from El Monstro.
Nice sprawl there from El Monstro as Soza shoots in.
El Monstro throws a series of punches but Soza moves out of range.
El Monstro leaves Soza with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Soza tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but El Monstro paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Soza tries a head kick but it misses.
El Monstro checks the leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
El Monstro lands a big right hand that sends Soza crashing to the mat! El Monstro stays standing though and waves Soza back to his feet!
Soza is rocked!

El Monstro lands a big uppercut and Soza crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Soza looks OK. El Monstro waves Soza back to his feet!
Oh Soza is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
El Monstro with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Julian Soza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
El Monstro cracks Soza with a left hook right on the temple and Soza goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! El Monstro lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Soza is OK!
