Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crunch stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Aki avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Aki drops down looking for a counter takedown but Crunch sprawls and moves away.
Crunch swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Crunch misses with a straight right.

Oooooh!!! Crunch has knocked Aki down with a huge combo! Crunch steps away and waves a wobbly Aki back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Aki is rocked!

It looks like Purple Aki has been cut.
Aki closes this distance looking for a takedown but Crunch circles away.
Oh Aki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Aki.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Crunch is trying to improve his position.
Aki seems to have got his legs back now.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Crunch can do anything to dispel that myth.
Aki wants to lay and pray for a moment but Crunch keeps working.

Aki throws an elbow but Crunch slips to the side and avoids it well.
Aki advances nicely into full mount.

Aki can't control as he wanted to and Crunch manages to get the fight back to his half guard.

Aki's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Crunch wants to get back to full guard but Aki has mounted him!
Aki looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Aki looking to control but Crunch is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Crunch looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Aki sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Crunch is rocked!
Aki loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Crunch scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Aki land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Aki stands and salutes the crowd.
