Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Adrian Jakimowski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yauhen Pashkevich!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jakimowski gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pashkevich to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Jakimowski manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Pashkevich is working for takedown but Jakimowski is calmly controlling the position for now.
Jakimowski is trying to maintain a safe position but Pashkevich gets an underhook and turns Jakimowski into the cage.
Pashkevich is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jakimowski gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Pashkevich gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Jakimowski manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pashkevich is trying to drag Jakimowski to the mat but Jakimowski just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Adrian Jakimowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yauhen Pashkevich.

Pashkevich tries for a takedown but Jakimowski manages to get underhooks.
Jakimowski is trying to push Pashkevich away but Pashkevich has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Jakimowski tries to circle away but Pashkevich has him pinned against the cage.

Pashkevich turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Jakimowski throws Pashkevich to one side and escapes!
Jakimowski could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Pashkevich lands with an uppercut that bounces Jakimowski off the cage and back into range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jakimowski looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pashkevich changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Pashkevich looks for a takedown but Jakimowski sprawls well.
Jakimowski wants to clinch.
An inside leg kick from Jakimowski misses.
Pashkevich stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pashkevich wants it to stay on the feet.
Jakimowski darts in looking for a takedown but Pashkevich gets double underhooks and turns Jakimowski into the cage.
Pashkevich is working for takedown but Jakimowski is calmly controlling the position for now.

Jakimowski jumps guard and drags Pashkevich to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Jakimowski is looking for a triangle but Pashkevich pushes his legs off easily.
Jakimowski looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pashkevich is one step ahead there.
Jakimowski can't keep his opponent in guard - Pashkevich advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Jakimowski is breathing heavily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pashkevich drops an elbow to the side of Jakimowski's head.
Pashkevich works his way into full mount!
Jakimowski takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee warns Jakimowski that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Jakimowski is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Pashkevich with shots to the head and body - Jakimowski looks very uncomfortable down there.

Jakimowski is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pashkevich loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Jakimowski scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Pashkevich land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Pashkevich stands and salutes the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yauhen Pashkevich!
