The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Rumble Nunes has been cut.
Nunes pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Nunes rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zakharov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nunes throws a right and a left that Zakharov avoids nicely.
Zakharov fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Rumble Nunes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch lands to the side of Nunes 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Zakharov keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nunes.
Donk. Nunes catches Zakharov right on the button with a cross.

A relieved looking Leonid Zakharov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
