Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tang Maul (ranked 23445 p4p, 4600 weight class) and Test Sixteen (ranked 119 p4p, 84 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Maul might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Somewhere I Belong. Tang Maul has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
A big right from Maul misses.
Sixteen is trying to counter with his kicks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sixteen rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Maul counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Sixteen thows a leg kick but Maul checks it
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Maul connects with a leg kick.
Maul connects with a looping right hand.
Maul throws a sloppy head kick and Sixteen moves out of range easily.
Sixteen appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Maul lands a nice shot that snaps Sixteen's head back.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sixteen throws a lazy head kick
enabling Maul to counter with a crisp jab.
Sixteen avoids the head kick by Maul.

Sixteen gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Maul.

Tang Maul showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Maul has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
