Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Trae Jones (ranked 6680 p4p, 3894 weight class) and Wrestle Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by King Von. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Trae Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wrestle Boxer!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Viktor Lagutenko and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Jones shoots for a double leg takedown but Boxer sprawls well. He's pushed Jones's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Jones fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Boxer avoids it really well and circles away.
Boxer doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Trae Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boxer takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Boxer. Jones does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jones seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Boxer cracks Jones with an open hand slap.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Jones.
Boxer lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Jones shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Boxer as he avoids it easily.
Jones shoots in looking for a takedown but Boxer manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jones's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Boxer cracks Jones with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Boxer scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Jones drops his hands momentarily and Boxer takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Jones takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Jones is rocked!
Boxer slaps away a takedown attempt from Jones, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Boxer swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boxer connects with a single shot there.
Jones could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jones tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Boxer swivels and escapes.
Boxer scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Boxer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jones stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jones is breathing heavily.
Boxer lands with a straight right. Jones didn't see that one coming.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Trae Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boxer sizes up Jones with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Boxer might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Jones walks into a jab.
Jones tries to score a power double leg takedown but Boxer sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jones somewhat.

Jones is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Jones seems to have got his legs back now.
Boxer lands a slapping body shot.
Boxer lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Boxer connects with a body shot.

Boxer takes the fight into the clinch.
Boxer lands a body shot in the clinch.
Boxer makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Jones working hard to break the clinch.
A right handed body shot lands from Boxer.
Good body shot from Boxer.

Boxer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Boxer with a jab.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Boxer gets through Jones's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Boxer lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Boxer is leaning against Jones and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Boxer scores with an uppercut up the middle.
A right handed body shot lands from Boxer.

Boxer breaks from the clinch.

Boxer darts in and clinches Jones up against the cage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Wrestle Boxer dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Wrestle Boxer seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Jones tries for a takedown but Boxer circles away easily
and Boxer counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Boxer has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Jones shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Boxer appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Boxer fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Jones on the side of the head.
Boxer smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Boxer cracks Jones with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Jones looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Boxer finish him?
This has been an exciting period of action!
Boxer flashes Jones a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Jones's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Jones crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Boxer punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Wrestle Boxer!
Trae Jones spoke after the fight, saying 'Ill Be better its a skill to work on'.
