Driesen closes the distance and clinches up with Ziegler, looking for a takedown. Driesen pushes Ziegler against the cage but Ziegler circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Driesen drops back looking for a leg! Ziegler is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ziegler manages to kick Driesen off! Driesen jumps back into Ziegler's guard.

Horrible takedown attempt by Driesen or perhaps it was just good defense by Ziegler, which made it look bad.
Ziegler lands a left and a right that send Driesen crashing to the mat, dazed. Ziegler thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Driesen is rocked!
Driesen looks up at the clock. Bad move! Ziegler lands a right hand from hell, dropping Driesen. Ziegler pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Ziegler!
A relieved looking Mike Ziegler thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
