Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Shields (ranked 4625 p4p, 5862 weight class) and Gregg Kopov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Shields might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Seven Nation Army. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Shields has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kopov should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Shields has tightened it up now! Kopov should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Jake Shields decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
