Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz connects with the punch.
Diaz slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Diaz throws a body shot but no joy.
Sector half committed to a counter leg kick.
Sector buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Sector leaves Diaz with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Diaz looks for a takedown but Sector sprawls well.

Sector decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Diaz looks to land a right hand but Sector moved out of range.

As Diaz looks to move away, Sector throws a big counter combo but Diaz just gets out of the way.

It looked like Sector wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Sector ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

We've been told by Sector's head coaches at Heavy Metal that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Sector drives through and clinches with Diaz against the cage.
Sector stops a takedown attempt from Diaz.
Sector throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Diazs head.
Sector throws a punch but it's blocked by Diaz.
Diaz has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Sector after a bit of a struggle.
Sector lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Sector tries a body shot but Diaz blocks it.
Sector tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Diaz's elbow.
Diaz has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Sector is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Sector breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Diaz will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

and Sector counters with a stiff right hand.

Diaz doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Sector scores with a counter punch that sends Diaz to the canvas! Sector smells blood - he's punishing Diaz with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Diaz has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
