Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Saigon (ranked 2192 p4p, 24452 weight class) and Jayden James (ranked 284 p4p, 677 weight class). Saigon comes to the cage accompanied by Run through the jungle. Johnny Saigon could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jayden James's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jayden James!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Saigon throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Saigon stuns James with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Saigon lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

James really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Saigon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Saigon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

James takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Saigon throws a combination. James tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

James takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Saigon fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and James has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Well Saigon has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
