Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kurt Zweihander!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Zac Zane!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zane throws a poor cross that misses
and Zweihander counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Zane lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Zane lands with a straight right. Zweihander didn't see that one coming.
It looks like Kurt Zweihander has been cut.
Zane swings widly with a right hand
and Zweihander counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Zane throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Zweihander counter with a right hand.
Zane throws an off balance right hand
and Zweihander counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Zane cracks Zweihander with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Zane has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Zweihander to stand back up!
Zweihander is rocked!
Zweihander definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Zweihander swings for the body but Zane moves out of range.
Oh Zweihander is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zane rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Zweihander counters with a crisp right hand that drops Zane! Zweihander lets Zane back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Zane is rocked!
Zane swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Zane throws a lazy uppercut
and Zweihander counters with a big right hand! Oh Zane is in trouble here! Zweihander follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kurt Zweihander!
Kurt Zweihander decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
