Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chris Tremble (ranked 5522 p4p, 4689 weight class) and Henry Monmouth (ranked 0 p4p, 502 weight class). Monmouth has chosen God Save the Queen as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Tremble!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Henry Monmouth!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monmouth shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Monmouth showed some decent athleticism there.
Tremble wants to improve his position but Monmouth is controlling well.
Tremble is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Monmouth's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Monmouth's back!
Monmouth is in bad spot here.
Tremble looking to hold on to the position here but Monmouth rolls and ends up regaining guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Monmouth wants to stand and escape but Tremble is having none of it.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Monmouth holds on and takes a little breather.
Monmouth manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tremble manages to get himself to full guard.
Tremble is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Tremble tries to stand and escape but Monmouth actually recovers to full guard.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Tremble enables Monmouth to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tremble manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Monmouth lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Monmouth decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Tremble, up you get!

Monmouth shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Tremble napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Monmouth is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Tremble is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Monmouth decides to stand back up. Monmouth steps back and let's Tremble get back to his feet.
Tremble gets caught flat footed, as Monmouth shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Monmouth accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Tremble can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Monmouth controls the pace.

Monmouth drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tremble looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tremble looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tremble!

Tremble tries to advance to mount but Monmouth denies him.
You can see the frustration on Monmouth's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Monmouth is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Monmouth regains half guard there - taking advantage of Tremble's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.

Tremble postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Monmouth wants to control but Tremble is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Tremble is just content to waste time from the top position. Monmouth takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Tremble trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Monmouth tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Monmouth wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Monmouth lands a nice short elbow.
Tremble is staying active underneath Monmouth, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Tremble might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Tremble has hold of Monmouth's hands but Monmouth slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Oh Tremble is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Monmouth is working for a kimura but Tremble is defending it quite comfortably.
Monmouth wants to work for an arm triangle but Tremble is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Monmouth uses his free foot to push down on Tremble's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tremble.

Monmouth won't let Tremble get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

A less than humble Henry Monmouth misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
