The crowd seem to be enjoying Kaori's choice of entrance music: GOZEN. Third Wife could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ichioka Kaori's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ichioka Kaori!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Franklyn Lucas and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wife throws an overhand right that lands on Kaori's shoulder, as Kaori tries to avoid the shot.
Wife throws an off balance right hand
and Kaori counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Third Wife seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wife looks to land a right hand but Kaori moved out of range.
Wife connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Wife lands a big right hand that sends Kaori crashing to the mat! Wife stays standing though and waves Kaori back to his feet!

Kaori is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kaori misses with a straight right.
Kaori is still on wobbly legs! Can Wife finish him?
Wife throws a hook to the side of Kaori's head but Kaori sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Wife just misses with a punch to the body.
Wife has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Wife there as he acknowledges the shot.
Wife lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Kaori up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Wife from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Kaori's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Third Wife!
Third Wife decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
