Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ron Capone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Gregory Grouper!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Jorge Garcia and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grouper takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Capone misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Grouper doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Grouper drops his hands momentarily and Capone takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Capone scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

and Grouper holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Grouper is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Capone pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Capone lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Grouper circles away quickly and effectively.
