Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pascal Beeizy (ranked 3661 p4p, 4659 weight class) and Fffg Ddghh (ranked 0 p4p, 427 weight class). Pascal Beeizy could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Fffg Ddghh's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ddghh closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Beeizy did well to prevent Ddghh getting side control.

Ddghh is in close to Beeizy's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ddghh throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Ddghh is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Beeizy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Ddghh feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ddghh connects with a nice short shot to Beeizy's temple.

Ddghh is nestled in close to Beeizy, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Ddghh is taking a breather. Beeizy says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Let's hope that Ddghh has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
