Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ladislas Galopin (ranked 62 p4p, 494 weight class) and Terry Tungsten (ranked 2 p4p, 17 weight class). Tungsten has chosen Cover of The Rolling Stone by Dr. Hook as his entrance music. Terry Tungsten told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Tungsten.
Tungsten connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Tungsten misses with a straight right.
Tungsten throws a body punch but Galopin moves out of range.
Galopin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Galopin slips a straight right by Tungsten.
Galopin tries to counter with a takedown but Tungsten is quick to defend against it.
Terry Tungsten seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Galopin feints and as Tungsten raises his hands in defense, Galopin changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Galopin stands and throws Tungsten's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Galopin trying to control the position but Tungsten is working away.
Tungsten is trying to escape the position but Galopin is controlling the position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Tungsten wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Galopin has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Tungsten's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Tungsten is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Galopin!
