Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shu Fang Tzeng (ranked 511 p4p, 1132 weight class) and Joey Horatius (ranked 30 p4p, 67 weight class). Tzeng's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Mantra Chant. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shu Fang Tzeng!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joey Horatius!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horatius throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tzeng was covering up waiting for the punch and Horatius finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Horatius is looking to work some ground and pound but Tzeng has wrist control.
Horatius postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

We've been hearing good reports from Tzeng's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Tzeng wants to sweep here but Horatius controlling him for the moment.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Tzeng looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Horatius has picked Tzeng up and slammed him! Tzeng can't keep hold of the triangle and Horatius manages to pass to side control!

Tzeng has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Horatius can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Tzeng gets caught napping as Horatius dives in and scores a takedown. Tzeng manages to retain guard.
Tzeng is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Horatius makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Horatius must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Horatius looks up at the clock and then as Tzeng takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Horatius smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Horatius thows an elbow strike that misses. Tzeng gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Horatius doesn't seem too bothered but Tzeng quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Horatius is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Horatius really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.
