Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Smith lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hawking circles away quickly and effectively.
Hawking has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Hawking throws out a loose jab but Smith uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hawking throws the left hand but Smith avoids the punch easily.
Hawking moves out of range of the body kick.
Nice straight punches there by Smith. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Smith.
Hawking loads up on a big right hand but Smith slips the punch.
Smith throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hawking takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Smith misses with a double jab
and Hawking counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hawking walks into a straight right hand from Smith.

Hawking blocks a head kick by Smith.
Smith seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Smith tests Hawking's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Smith misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hawking avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Donk. Smith catches Hawking right on the button with a cross.
Smith rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hawking moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Smith uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hawking.
It looked like Smith was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

A looping hook to the body misses from Hawking. Smith does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hawking slips a jab from Smith.
Smith works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Smith moves out of range of the strikes.
Hawking takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Smith uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hawking.
Smith is looking to chop away at Hawking's legs.
Smith punishes Hawking's body with a nice straight punch.
Smith ducks under a wild hook from Hawking.
Hawking misses the jab.
Smith connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Hawking drops his hands momentarily and Smith takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smith throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hawking stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Hawking seems to have recovered his senses.
Hawking throws a hook to the side of Smith's head but Smith sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Smith cracks Hawking with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Smith is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Hawking cracks Smith with an open hand slap.

Hawking connects with a looping right hand.
Hawking swings for the body but Smith moves out of range.
Hawking throws a shot from downtown. Smith moves away and avoids it.
Smith misses with a body kick.
Hawking uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Smith.
Hawking keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Smith.
Smith dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hawking. That did some damage!
Smith throws a sloppy head kick and Hawking moves out of range easily.

Smith throws a left that rocks Hawking and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Smith dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Hawking regain composure!

It looks like Stephen Hawking has been cut.

Smith decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Smith throws a nice looking combination but Hawking bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Smith throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hawking misses with a straight right.
Smith ducks under a wild hook from Hawking.
Smith lands a brutal head kick. Hawking looks out on his feet and Smith throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
