The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baxter misses with a head kick.
Baxter tries to bum rush King with a series of wild strikes but King uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
King thows a left - swing and a miss!
Baxter misses with a wild body shot.
Baxter stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from King.
King scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A head kick misses from King.
King fails in his attempt to clinch.
King tries to close the distance and clinch up but Baxter swats him away and circles back towards the center.
King wants to clinch up but Baxter keeps it at a distance.
King looks to score with a jab to the body but Baxter is just out of range.

Baxter throws a lazy head kick
and King counters with a one-two to the body.

King fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Baxter.

and King counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and King counters with a nice leg kick.
Baxter is breathing heavily.

Baxter takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

King dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Martin King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baxter uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by King.
Nice straight punches there by King. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of King.
King cracks Baxter with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
King cracks Baxter with a hook to the temple - Baxter is on wobbly legs here! King swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Baxter falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! King wins by TKO!
