Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Green Jones (ranked 4397 p4p, 4487 weight class) and Danner Baggins (ranked 0 p4p, 396 weight class). Jones's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Hipster playlist. Green Jones had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Green Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Danner Baggins!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, David Schapiro and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baggins gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jones to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Baggins wants to get back to his feet but Jones passes into half guard.
Jones gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Jones takes one on the button.
Baggins tries to clinch but Jones is having none of it.
Baggins shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jones feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Jones gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Baggins avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jones closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jones lands in his opponent's guard.
Jones lands a couple of digs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jones jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Baggins is working an open guard so Jones takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Baggins tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jones swivels and escapes.
Jones stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jones wants it to stay on the feet.
Green Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danner Baggins.
Jones lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Baggins circles away quickly and effectively.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Baggins.
Jones gets a double leg takedown into Baggins's guard.
Jones drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Jones as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Baggins screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Jones! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Green Jones!
Green Jones was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
