Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lord Farquad!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farquad displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Xxx.

Xxx tries to keep at a distance but Farquad has taken the fight into the clinch.
Farquad tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Xxx just stands there and leans against the cage.
Farquad wants to take the fight to the mat but Xxx manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Xxx wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Farquad has him pressed against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Xxx shoots in for a double leg but Farquad sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Xxx gets tackled into the cage by Farquad. Farquad maintains the clinch.

Xxx steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Farquad fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Farquad swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Xxx.

Farquad tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Xxx paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Xxx lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Xxx closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Farquad to the mat! Farquad manages to get full guard.
Farquad is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Xxx dives into side control.

Farquad lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Farquad fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Xxx, pushing him back against the cage.
Xxx wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Farquad has him pressed against the cage.
Farquad is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Xxx to keep the fight standing.
Farquad tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Farquad tries to clinch but Xxx is having none of it.
Xxx appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Farquad takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A little feinted left hand from Farquad on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Horrible takedown attempt by Xxx or perhaps it was just good defense by Farquad, which made it look bad.
Farquad was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Nice takedown defense from Farquad. No joy for Xxx on that attempt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Farquad looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Xxx follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Farquad is pushing Xxx's head away, looking to escape. Xxx manages to hold on to the position though.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Farquad, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
