Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Batang Kock (ranked 1264 p4p, 1837 weight class) and Darken Rahl (ranked 73 p4p, 107 weight class). Kock comes to the cage accompanied by I will axe kick you, and I am not careful.. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Darken Rahl enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Rahl crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kock - the referee stops the clock and Rahl gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kock. Rahl manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round but I would say that Batang Kock will probably get the nod.

Kock is looking to wear down Rahl with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Kock avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Rahl doesn't manage to clinch there - Kock circles away.

Kock is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rahl can do to turn this around?

Kock feints and then cracks Rahl's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rahl down.

Kock can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight.

Kock went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rahl lands a glancing blow to the side of Kock's head.

Rahl is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Rahl in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
Kock with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rahl to score with a decent uppercut.

Rahl does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

and Kock counters with a head kick. That will keep Rahl thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kock will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

As Rahl looks to move away, Kock throws a big counter combo but Rahl just gets out of the way.

I would just about give that final round to Darken Rahl.
