The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Oliveira takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Tassen slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
De Oliveira shoots for a double leg takedown but Tassen sprawls well. He's pushed De Oliveira's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tassen changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Tassen drops De Oliveira with a beautiful combination! De Oliveira stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tassen is looking for the KO!

It looks like Bruno De Oliveira has been cut.

De Oliveira shoots in but Tassen avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Tassen lunges at De Oliveira with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by De Oliveira's hand.

Tassen sends De Oliveira crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Tassen is motioning to the referee to let De Oliveira up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
