Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Island Turd !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nobu Yoshioka!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshioka keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Turd looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Yoshioka swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Turd uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Yoshioka.
A looping hook to the body misses from Yoshioka. Turd does a little dance to reset his feet.
Yoshioka bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Turd 's head.
A punch lands to the side of Turd 's head but he takes it in his stride.
A decent looking cross lands there for Yoshioka.
Yoshioka throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Turd sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Yoshioka looks to land a left hand but Turd moved out of range nicely.
Turd throws a hook but Yoshioka blocks it.
Yoshioka cracks a nice hook into Turd 's ribs.
Yoshioka lands a body shot.
Nice defenses there by Turd .
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Turd misses with a hook. Yoshioka ducked under it nicely.
Yoshioka lands a slapping body shot.
Yoshioka jabs Turd right on the nose. Turd blinks but takes it well.
Yoshioka dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Yoshioka misses with an uppercut
and Yoshioka takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Yoshioka thows a left - swing and a miss!
Turd pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Turd keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Turd swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Turd tries to clinch up
and Yoshioka counters with a stiff right hand.
Turd takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Turd is rocked!
Yoshioka measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Turd ! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Nobu Yoshioka!
Nobu Yoshioka decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
