The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whitlock shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Whitlock rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Turner moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Whitlock thows a body shot but no joy.
Turner ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Turner gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Turner apologises and we restart here on the feet.
