Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Conor The Barbarian (ranked 11 p4p, 44 weight class) and Techno Viking (ranked 3 p4p, 8 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Viking crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from The Barbarian - the referee stops the clock and Viking gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says The Barbarian. Viking manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The Barbarian scores with a hook.

It looks like Techno Viking has been cut.
Viking takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Viking uses good head movement to avoid the hook from The Barbarian.
Viking throws a big counter head kick but The Barbarian avoids it with no problem.
The Barbarian ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Viking moves away.
Viking misses with a right hand

and The Barbarian counters with a crisp right hand that drops Viking! The Barbarian lets Viking back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The Barbarian tries a head kick but it misses.

The Barbarian lands a big uppercut and Viking crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Viking looks OK. The Barbarian waves Viking back to his feet!

Viking is rocked!

Crack! The Barbarian connects with the perfect overhand right and Viking falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for The Barbarian!
