Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mad Hatter (ranked 2409 p4p, 2342 weight class) and Max Chapman (ranked 153 p4p, 149 weight class). Chapman comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Invincible - Pop Smoke kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatter tries to bum rush Chapman with a series of wild strikes but Chapman uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
And Chapman tries to counter it with a takedown but Hatter pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Chapman misses with a series of wild punches.

Hatter looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Chapman on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

It looks like Max Chapman has been cut.
Hatter just misses with a punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chapman takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Max Chapman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chapman on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hatter. Hatter obviously looking to wear him down.
Hatter fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Hatter leaves Chapman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
