Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Marcos Budinha!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 18 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Usko Matonen!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and Steven Brown.

Matonen drops Budinha with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Budinha looks back up at him and smiles so Matonen waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Budinha from any more punishment! Budinha complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
