Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shaun Gow (ranked 4306 p4p, 3345 weight class) and Karl White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Shaun Gow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Karl White!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Gow. White does a little dance to reset his feet.

White shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gow's guard.
Gow wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and White manages to pass to side control.

White not doing much here.

White wants to work for an arm triangle but Gow is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Gow is not content to let White control the position.
Gow knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for White on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Gow sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
White wants to free his trapped foot but Gow is holding on for dear life with his legs.
White wants to take a breather but Gow is having none of it.

White is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
White is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Gow!

White looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
White trying to control but Gow is having none of it.

Gow wants to hold on but White pushes him away.

White working for a submission but Gow is keeping him at bay.

White looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
White looking to control but Gow is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Gow is in all sorts of trouble here.
Gow tries to lock up and control but White gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
White tries to control but Gow wriggling away.

White jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Gow is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Gow and White has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

White is working to tighten his grip on Gow's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Gow has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but White is really squeezing tight and eventually Gow passes out! White breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
