The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yan fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Johnson to the ground. Yan is now in Johnson's guard.
Yan is standing up over Johnson. Johnson looks to escape but Yan dives into side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johnson is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Yan in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Yan gets to mount! Johnson was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Johnson can't escape the position.
