Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Zico Macedo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dan Stevens!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macedo with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Stevens to score with a decent uppercut.
Stevens connects with the punch.
Macedo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Stevens.
Stevens misses with a left hand
and Macedo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Macedo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Macedo trying to control but Stevens is working from the bottom.
Macedo has gone for a leg lock! Stevens slips out almost immediately though and dives into Macedo's guard.

Macedo pulls Stevens in close to prevent any damage.
Macedo preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stevens is posturing up here but Macedo has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Stevens tries to roll out but it's too tight and Stevens has to tap! Slick submission there by Macedo!
