And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Micka Slice!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Anthony Taglia and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kristiansen works over Slice's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Micka Slice has been cut.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Slice misses with a short punch on the inside.
Kristiansen can't break the clinch.

Kristiansen jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Slice walks away with a smile on his face. Kristiansen gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Slice has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Kristiansen seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Slice can turn it around.

Slice connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kristiansen's hands.

That's time! Kristiansen's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Kristiansen counters with a stiff right hand.

Kristiansen wants to clinch.
Kristiansen fails in his attempt to clinch.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Slice! But no joy.
Slice misses with a hook. Kristiansen ducked under it nicely.
Kristiansen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Slice.
Kristiansen is looking to clinch but Slice is avoiding it.
Kristiansen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Slice swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Kristiansen misses with a two punch combination.

Some wild striking there from Kristiansen.

Slice lands with a good body shot.
Kristiansen dodges the punch combination from Slice.
Kristiansen looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Slice looks to land a right hand but Kristiansen moved out of range.
Kristiansen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anders Kristiansen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kristiansen ducks under a wild hook from Slice.
Kristiansen bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A clash of legs there as Slice blocks the low kick.
Slice looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Kristiansen swings away with a body shot that misses
and Slice counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kristiansen walks straight into a right hand from Slice - that's dropped him! Slice jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Kristiansen from any more punishment! Kristiansen complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Micka Slice!
After winning the bout, Micka Slice thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
