Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Astro Traveller (ranked 1142 p4p, 1379 weight class) and Scott Hill (ranked 180 p4p, 206 weight class). Traveller comes to the cage accompanied by For Heavy Metal we will die!. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Traveller tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Traveller takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Hill jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Hill lands a jab to the head.
Traveller takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Hill cracks Traveller with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Traveller takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The fighters circling - Hill throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
No joy there for Traveller, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hill works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Hill seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Traveller does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
