Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dux (ranked 6513 p4p, 6147 weight class) and Aleksander Ragnarsson (ranked 540 p4p, 520 weight class). Ragnarsson has chosen If I had a Heart as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dux lands with a shot to the body.
Dux misses with a hook.
Ragnarsson blocks a jab.
Dux pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Ragnarsson back to the cage. Dux follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Dux misses with a looping left.
Ragnarsson looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Dux tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dux throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ragnarsson works over Dux's head and body with a nice combination.
Ragnarsson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dux looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dux throws out a loose jab but Ragnarsson uses good head movement to avoid it.

Frank Dux is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Ragnarsson will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Dux up against the cage.

Ragnarsson presses Dux against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Ragnarsson throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Dux blocks it with crossed arms.

Ragnarsson has Dux pressed against the cage, preventing Dux from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

It looks like Frank Dux has been cut.
Ragnarsson blocks an uppercut.
Ragnarsson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Dux is defending well for now.

Ragnarsson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Ragnarsson throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Dux cracks Ragnarsson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Dux throws a leg kick
and Ragnarsson counters with a good low kick that Dux was not able to check.
Dux misses with a low kick as Ragnarsson jumps back.
Dux scores with the left hand. Ragnarsson knows he should have avoided that one.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ragnarsson clinches up against the cage.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Ragnarsson breaks the clinch.
Ragnarsson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Ragnarsson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dux's guard.

Ragnarsson decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Dux throws a looping overhand right but Ragnarsson ducks down to avoid it.
Dux misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Aleksander Ragnarsson will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Frank Dux's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Ragnarsson moves forwards but Dux connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Ragnarsson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dux is trying to defend but Ragnarsson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Ragnarsson scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Ragnarsson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Ragnarsson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Dux is looking for a sweep. Ragnarsson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Ragnarsson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dux sprawls well initially but Ragnarsson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Ragnarsson is nestled in close to Dux, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Aleksander Ragnarsson has got the better of the ground game so far.

Ragnarsson lands a big elbow - Dux is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Ragnarsson!
