And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Renato Vieira!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Ron Honeybunn and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vieira has a takedown stuffed.
Jamie is looking for a counter combo.
Renato Vieira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jamie stuffs the takedown attempt from Vieira. Vieira gets slowly back to his feet.
Jamie throws a big counter combination but Vieira scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Vieira shoots in for a takedown but Jamie shows good takedown defense.

Vieira shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jamie pinned against the cage. Jamie gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Vieira moves to clinch but Jamie breaks away
and Jamie counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Vieira badly! Jamie follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Vieira out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Jamie finished him against the cage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Peter Jamie!
