Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aapo Jukola (ranked 1583 p4p, 2027 weight class) and Rodney Alcala (ranked 224 p4p, 48 weight class). Alcala is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Leonard Cohen - Everybody Knows. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alcala closes the distance and clinches.
Alcala changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Jukola fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Alcala is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Aapo Jukola has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rodney Alcala.
