Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sukdese Bawles (ranked 4320 p4p, 5647 weight class) and Geert Visser (ranked 0 p4p, 578 weight class). The key to victory for Sukdese Bawles has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sukdese Bawles!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Geert Visser!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bawles connects with a crisp jab.
Visser with a poor takedown
and Bawles connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Visser is defended easily by Bawles.

Visser closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Bawles pushes Visser off and gets back to his feet.
Visser fails in his attempt to clinch.
Bawles swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Visser closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bawles circles away.
Sukdese Bawles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Geert Visser.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Visser lands a nice short elbow.

Bawles knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Visser on the ground.

Visser is nestled in close to Bawles, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Visser is taking a breather. Bawles says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Visser not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Visser in particular looking to stall.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Visser is looking to take a break and control but Bawles is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Geert Visser seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Visser closes the distance and clinches up with Bawles, looking for a takedown. Visser pushes Bawles against the cage but Bawles circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bawles steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Visser.
Visser throws out a loose jab but Bawles uses good head movement to avoid it.
Visser takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Bawles is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Visser can do to turn this around?

Visser looks up at the clock. Bad move! Bawles lands a right hand from hell, dropping Visser. Bawles pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sukdese Bawles!
Sukdese Bawles spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
