Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Melnychuk shoots for a takedown but Watson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Watson unleashes a big counter combination but Melnychuk bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Watson scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Watson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Melnychuk shoots for a takedown but Watson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Melnychuk shoots in looking for a takedown. Watson tries to sprawl out of it but Melnychuk keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Watson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
As Melnychuk backs off Watson throws a huge counter combo but Melnychuk manages to avoid it all.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stepan Melnychuk. That's going to take a lot out of him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Watson pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Melnychuk back to the cage. Watson follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Watson scores with a one two! Melnychuk had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Melnychuk tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Watson defends well and Melnychuk ends up having to push Watson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Watson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Watson goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Melnychuk takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Watson leaves Melnychuk with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Melnychuk goes for a double leg but Watson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Watson continues to drive forward.
Melnychuk is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Watson breaks the clinch.
Watson thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Melnychuk if he has to take too many more of those.
Watson shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Melnychuk eats them both and turns towards Watson to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Both fighters circling a little - Watson finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Watson is working the combinations to good effect here.
Watson lands a nice shot that snaps Melnychuk's head back.
Watson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Watson wants it to stay on the feet.
Watson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Watson.
Melnychuk is rocked!
Watson rushes Melnychuk and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Melnychuk is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Watson piles on the pressure and Melnychuk crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
