Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marco Battaglia!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Battaglia fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Campbell sprawls well initially but Battaglia persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Campbell tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Battaglia manages to move to mount!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Battaglia cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Campbell wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

We've been hearing good reports from Campbell's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
