Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Toppo Damorning (ranked 4308 p4p, 4443 weight class) and Marcus Fisticuff (ranked 490 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damorning tries to clinch but Fisticuff moves out of range.

Damorning closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Fisticuff explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Fisticuff tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Damorning swivels and escapes.
Damorning appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Damorning keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Fisticuff looks for a takedown but Damorning sprawls well.
Toppo Damorning has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus Fisticuff.
Fisticuff throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Damorning attempts a counter takedown but Fisticuff avoids it well and moves away.

Damorning shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fisticuff manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Fisticuff really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Damorning. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Damorning drops back looking for a leg! Fisticuff is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fisticuff manages to kick Damorning off! Damorning jumps back into Fisticuff's guard.

Damorning is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Damorning trying to control the position from guard on top but Fisticuff is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Fisticuff wants to sweep but no luck.
Fisticuff keeping full guard, as Damorning tries to pass.
Damorning will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Damorning thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Damorning drops back looking for a leg! Fisticuff is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fisticuff manages to kick Damorning off! Damorning jumps back into Fisticuff's guard.

Fisticuff looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Damorning passes into half guard.
Damorning has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Damorning has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Fisticuff is forced to tap!
