Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Israel Adesanya (ranked 5731 p4p, 3055 weight class) and Leonard Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adesanya's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, MMA Entrance Music / Israel Adesanya. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jones throws a right hand that Adesanya ducks under and follows up with a left that Adesanya also avoids with ease.

Adesanya gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Adesanya manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jones manages to get himself to full guard.

Jones is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Jones is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Adesanya tries to free his leg and advance position but Jones is retaining full guard.

Jones has left one of his arms exposed and Adesanya doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Jones screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

A relieved looking Israel Adesanya thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
