Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ralphie Hornby (ranked 2844 p4p, 5458 weight class) and Roronoa Zoro (ranked 277 p4p, 432 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Hornby with that takedown attempt.

and Zoro counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Zoro uses his free foot to push down on Hornby's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Hornby.
Zoro can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hornby is looking to escape.
We've been hearing good reports from Hornby's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zoro is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Zoro extends the arm and Hornby is forced to tap!
