Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Juan David Franco!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Roberts and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zombermens shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Franco sprawls well. Franco wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Zombermens gets slowly back to his feet.
Franco thuds his right hand into Zombermens's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Franco lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Franco lands with an overhand left.
Franco feints and then cracks Zombermens's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Zombermens down.
Franco lands with a thumping leg kick.
Nice takedown defense from Franco. No joy for Zombermens on that attempt.
Zombermens misses with a low kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zombermens gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Zombermens fails with an attempt to clinch.
It seemed like Franco was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Zombermens takes one to the chin there.
Franco connects with a solid leg kick.

Franco lands with a good body shot.
Juan David Franco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Zombermens darts in looking for a takedown but Franco gets double underhooks and turns Zombermens into the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marciz Zombermens. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Franco pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Zombermens throws a sloppy head kick and Franco moves out of range easily.
Franco keeps the fight on the outside.
Franco takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Zombermens on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Zombermens takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Zombermens misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Franco works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Zombermens is rocked!
Zombermens gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Franco counters with a big right hand! Oh Zombermens is in trouble here! Franco follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
