Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Khabib Abdulmanapovich Nurmagomedov (ranked 4589 p4p, 2990 weight class) and Brian Garcia (ranked 490 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Brian Garcia was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Nurmagomedov was covering up waiting for the punch and Garcia finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Garcia makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Garcia is working Nurmagomedov over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
