Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Khabib Abdulmanapovich Nurmagomedov (ranked 4598 p4p, 4280 weight class) and Cole Kiter (ranked 486 p4p, 0 weight class). Cole Kiter will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Kiter looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kiter is defended easily by Nurmagomedov.
Kiter moves to clinch but Nurmagomedov breaks away
and Nurmagomedov counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
