Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Roberts and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holt shoots for a double leg takedown but Haverhill sprawls well. He's pushed Holt's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Holt rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Haverhill moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Raymond Holt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Haverhill does it's job there.
It looks like Raymond Holt has been cut.
Holt tries to close the distance and clinch up but Haverhill swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Haverhill counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Holt thinking.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Haverhill cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Holt throws a series of strikes that have Haverhill backpedaling.

Holt lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Haverhill circles away quickly and effectively.

Holt fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Haverhill manages to avoid it.
It seemed like Haverhill was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Holt tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Haverhill defends well and Holt ends up having to push Haverhill into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Holt is breathing heavily.
Haverhill lands a left hand that snaps the head of Holt backwards.
Holt throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Haverhill blocks it with crossed arms.
Holt is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Holt wants a takedown but no success here.
Haverhill working some nice short punches in the clinch.

Holt fails to pull guard.
A nice right hand lands inside from Haverhill.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Haverhill lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Haverhill scores with a shot to the side of Holt's head.
Haverhill breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Haverhill lands a big right hand that sends Holt crashing to the mat! Haverhill stays standing though and waves Holt back to his feet!
Holt is rocked!
Haverhill cracks Holt with a hook to the temple - Holt is on wobbly legs here! Haverhill swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Holt falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Haverhill wins by TKO!
