Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Heredia (ranked 2977 p4p, 4326 weight class) and Andrei Baltaretu (ranked 387 p4p, 510 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Ivan Kurochkin and Konstantin Menshow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heredia tries for a takedown but Baltaretu sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
And Baltaretu tries to counter it with a takedown but Heredia pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Heredia tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Baltaretu defends well and Heredia ends up having to push Baltaretu into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Baltaretu works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Heredia thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Heredia might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Baltaretu wants to control from the top but Heredia keeps moving.

Baltaretu lands a couple of elbows.
Baltaretu postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Heredia covers up, he's hurt! Baltaretu keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Baltaretu and the ref steps in to end the fight! Baltaretu can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
