The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wizard lands with a right hand.
Petrov lands with a nice combination. Wizard backs away looking to recover.
Wizard fails to land the takedown.
Petrov seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Wizard keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Wizard fails to pull guard.
Wizard keeps control of Petrov as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Petrov prevents the takedown attempt.
Lazarus Petrov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Wizard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wizard tries to pull guard but Petrov holds him up against the cage and eventually Wizard drops back down to his feet.

Wizard is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Petrov has his hands clasped together but Wizard extends and breaks Petrov's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Wizard.
