Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Booger Magee (ranked 6066 p4p, 2469 weight class) and Max Scherzer (ranked 82 p4p, 28 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scherzer shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Magee as he avoids it easily.

Scherzer shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Magee is trying to defend but Scherzer finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Scherzer trying to control the pace.
Magee slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Magee is trying to control the position but Scherzer postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Magee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Scherzer is one step ahead there.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Magee is on top in guard.

Magee has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Scherzer is proving hard to escape from.
Magee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Scherzer swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Scherzer wants to sweep here but Magee controlling him for the moment.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Scherzer is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Scherzer looking for a guillotine here but Magee defends easily.
Magee is looking to stand up but Scherzer won't let him.

Scherzer had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Magee defends it easily.
Magee wants to get up but he can't break Scherzer's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Magee advances to half guard.
Magee tries to stand but can't do so whilst Scherzer controls his leg.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Scherzer is holding on to half guard well.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Magee wants to clinch.
Max Scherzer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Magee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Magee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Scherzer fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Magee to the ground. Scherzer is now in Magee's guard.
Magee wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Scherzer manages to pass to side control.
Magee definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Magee is looking to control Scherzer's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Magee avoid being mounted?
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

That was a close round but I would say that Booger Magee will probably get the nod.

Magee cracks Scherzer with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Scherzer shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Magee's guard.
Scherzer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Magee swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Scherzer passes Magee's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Scherzer is looking for a kimura but Magee is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Scherzer to get the leverage.
Magee trying to get back to full guard but Scherzer takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

Magee could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Scherzer looking for a triangle here. Magee is fighting it but it looks tight! Scherzer pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Magee is tapping out - this one is all over!
