Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Odd Job (ranked 1708 p4p, 5915 weight class) and Pat Poutine (ranked 240 p4p, 594 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Odd Job!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pat Poutine!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poutine defending well as Job loads up on a big left hand.
Job throws the left hand but Poutine avoids the punch easily.
Poutine throws a counter combo.

Poutine closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Job quickly recovers to half guard.
Job is trying to maintain the position but Poutine is very close to passing his half guard.
Job throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Poutine tries to stand and escape but Job is controlling the position.
Job has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Poutine is working away from the top position though.
Poutine really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Job. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Job is trying is best to control the position here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Poutine is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Job doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Poutine.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Poutine prevents Job from improving his position.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Odd Job seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Poutine moves away from the strike by Job.
Job rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Poutine counters with a nice leg kick.
Job definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Job shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Job was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Job is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Poutine is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Job lands some shots froms side control.

Poutine takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Job has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Poutine is trying to improve his position.
Job just content to control the position.
Poutine is looking to reverse the position.
Job working the ground and pound.
Job grinds an elbow into Poutine's temple.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Poutine sneaks back into half guard.
Poutine has hold of Job's hands but Job slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Job stalling.

Job seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Poutine is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
